MEET THE FOUNDER
ROBYN GILLESPIE

Hi, I’m Robyn, founder of Bridges Homecare. This company was inspired by my grandparents, Bob and Ev, and the deep love they have for their home, the place where our family gathers, memories are made, and life continues to feel familiar and meaningful.

My path to creating Bridges Homecare was built from the ground up. I began my career in healthcare as an administrator with Interior Health, then returned to school to become a care aide, and later continued on to become a Licensed Nurse. Each step deepened my understanding of what compassionate, dignified care truly looks like. Now, at 33, I’m proud to be the owner of Bridges Homecare, a company rooted in experience, empathy, and the belief that everyone deserves to age safely and comfortably in the place they love most.

Hello! My name is Paige and I’m a Companion. I pride myself in being a cheerful, caring, charismatic individual who is always seeking out ways to help others. I feel as though this role comes naturally to me and I love making meaningful connections with everyone I meet. I am a busy bee and enjoy being active, however I still appreciate slowing down and diving into a good book or exercising creative talents such as crafting and learning piano. Music has always been an outlet for me!
